Article 21

Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.

Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.

The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.

Legitimacy

By organising transparent elections with independent supervision, we will create a political entity that will be recognised by the citizens of the Republic of Belarus and the international community

Legitimacy

Recognition by the Belarusian people and the international community opens up prospects that are inaccessible to the illegitimate regime and other self-appointed leaders

Trust

The involvement of the people of Belarus in the creation of the National Council through fair and transparent elections will lead to its formation among candidates who enjoy maximum confidence of the citizens

Trust

Obtaining the necessary trust from Belarusians, the National Council will use it to launch and implement the Single Transition Plan involving citizens inside and outside the country

Support

By forming a Council of candidates who received the maximum number of votes, we will create a political body that enjoys the support of the overwhelming majority of Belarusians

Support

Having the necessary support from the Belarusian society, we will be able to launch the Single transition plan, being convinced that it will be implemented by the majority

Effectiveness

The accountability and openness of the Council's activities, as well as responsibility to the voters, will make it possible to adopt and implement the Single program of transition from dictatorship to democracy with the participation of the whole society

The program of the National Council developed by joint efforts and based on compromises, will be able to unite society and will certainly lead to success, since there will be no one and no reason to resist this impulse, except for a few obvious criminals

A UNIFIED SOLUTION TO THE KEY PROBLEMS THAT AROSE AS A RESULT OF THE FALSIFICATION OF THE 2020 ELECTIONS AND THE ABSENCE OF A REAL LEGITIMATE REPRESENTATIVE BODY OF THE PEOPLE OF BELARUS

NATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

By creating a single representative body of candidates with the maximum number of votes in direct elections, in which it is planned to involve all active citizens of Belarus inside the country and abroad, we will be able to consolidate the efforts of society around the implementation of a single strategy and to gain the trust and support of the majority of Belarusians in order to achieve all the stated goals in a short time. Most important of them are:

release of political prisoners, restoration of the rule of law and restoration of sovereignty of Belarus.

Become a sponsor of this global experiment, which can become a new successful case in solving problems with autocrats in other countries.

Belarusians have been fighting for democratic values within the country and on the side of Ukraine for many years, but we need international help

After the monstrous use of armed mercenaries against the peaceful Belarusian people, who demanded fair elections in 2020
The Republic of Belarus has become a center of regional instability
